VIA Education is a fast-growing education provider delivering National Recognised Training courses to international students. The College is located in the heart of Sydney CBD and calling highly performing, passionate and experienced Project Management trainers/assessors, HR trainers/assessors to deliver and assess one or more of the following programs:
Job Description:
· BSB41015 Certificate IV in Human Resources
· BSB50615 Diploma of Human Resources Management
· BSB41515 Certificate IV in Project Management Practice
· Immediate start evening classes run from 5pm three evenings per week
- Delivering and assessing units of competency from the above stated qualifications, in line with the College's training and assessment strategies, and participating in assessment validations/moderations
- Ensuring compliance with the College's policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with the VET Quality Framework and ESOS Act
Key Selection Criteria:
To be successful the applicants must have:
· Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
· Hold one or more of the above-mentioned qualifications or a high qualification(s)
· Proven on-going professional development
· Previous experience in delivering classroom-based training and practical assessments in VET sector
· Proven experience working with international students
· A minimum of three years of working experience in related industry over the past 5 years (not more than 10 years ago)
· Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work within regulatory and organisational guidelines
