Tradewind Recruitment is currently working closely with a two-form school, to secure a committed and passionate Key Stage 2 (year 3-6) teacher for a year-long contract.
A competitive salary of between MPS1 £28660 - MPS6 £39006 depending on experience, is being offered. 

This two-form entry Primary school in the heart of Redbridge, is a calm and happy school which serves the local community. They are a values driven school where the well-being of the children and staff are of paramount importance. The children meditate at school; motivational speakers address the whole school weekly, there is an additional half day leave every term and every year, the school pays for a weekend away for all staff to rejuvenate.

The school are seeking an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher who not only has excellent recent teaching experience but the ability to independently plan schemes of work that are creative, varied and engaging to Key Stage 2 aged children. A commitment to raising standards and pupil progress is essential. 
It is essential that you demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of teaching, learning and behaviour strategies, particularly in Numeracy and Literacy. 

This is a great opportunity for a teacher to work closely with a team of dedicated teachers and support staff, all working towards the common goal of raising standards and providing these children with an education that promotes independent learning skills and creativity. 

Job Requirements:
* Hold QTS status or equivalent Teaching qualification
* Overseas Trained Teachers will be considered if you have a comparable qualification with a UK teaching qualification and you can comply with the other points
* This position is subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
* You must have the legal right to work in the UK
* Experience of teaching within Years 3-6
