• To lead improvement in workplace practices and processes of Human Resources to the school community, in collaboration with other school leaders including the Business Manager, to maximise student learning outcomes across the college in a manner that is consistent with relevant legislation and DECD procedures and within budget
• To lead the review of the timetable that enables the focus on literacy, numeracy and critical and creative thinking.
• To work with the Assistant Principals, ICT Manager and staff to ensure that ICT infrastructure is robust, reliable and enhances eLearning and effective communication.
• To lead the improvement of human resources policies and procedures.

• To lead improvement of workplace practices in quality assurance eg: Council of International Schools, national standards, registration, feedback, accuracy of data

• Other duties as may be required by the principal from time to time
