Saferight is currently seeking a motivated and experienced full time Training Coordinator to join their team based in Belmont, Perth.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- General administration and office duties
- Handling all training enquiries and liaising with clients/customers
- Process bookings/enrolments/quotes for local and away training (data entry)
- Course preparation and processing including sign ins, printing of course materials, etc
- Assist in coordinating inductions, booking medicals etc for staff/trainers
- Coordinating and scheduling training, trainers, travel etc
To be successful in this position, it is essential that the candidate possesses the following skills and experience:
- Experience working in an RTO
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent attention to detail
- High level of administrative and organisational skills with ability to prioritise own workload, problem-solve and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Proven customer service skills
- Enthusiastic with a self-motivated "can do" attitude
- Computer – Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and associated programs
The following skills and experience are desirable (not essential):
- A strong focus and commitment to quality, compliance and reporting requirements
- Demonstrated skills and experience in training administration and coordination
- Computer – Proficient in the use of Ostendo and PowerPro
- Knowledge of the VET Quality Framework
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE10)
- Demonstrated ability to successfully market training programs
