- 8 place toddler room - Room Leader position - 5 days per week.

Room Leader - Diploma Qualified
- Set shifts on a weekly rotating roster - 7.45-4.00 & 9.45 - 6.00
- 8 Children per day
- Supportive Directors and Owners.
The Centre
This beautiful "homely" feeling centre has 50 children per day. It is Family owned and has influences of Reggio Emelia and Steiner embedded throughout. Nature and the Arts play a large part of this services Philosophy as well as promoting and providing a holistic approach to education. The centre has an abundance of space as well as dedicated outdoor environments which meet the developmental needs of the children. You will have high quality natural resources to create stunning learning environments for the little ones in your care.
The Role
It is a Full-time permanent position, Monday to Friday.
This role is for an Experienced Diploma qualified educator with Room Leader experience who is confident in working with Toddler aged children. It is an employer who recognises the capabilities of their educators and teachers.
As the Room Leader, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a high-quality, stimulating and fun educational program for the little learners in accordance with the EYLF and NQF guidelines. Your enthusiasm and passion for educating children will be reflected by this team of professional and welcoming staff. You will be adept at forming positive relationships with families, children and staff.
You must be a strong communicator who enjoys being part of a professional and friendly team.
Role Requirements:
- Diploma in ECEC,
- Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Current NSW Working With Children Check
- Previous Room leader experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
