The Role
Due to continued growth within our business, The Book House is looking for additional Library Cataloguers to join our expanding team. The positions can be tailored to suit lifestyle choices and can be part-time or full-time depending on the applicant.
The role(s) would involve producing high quality cataloguing and classification of library materials and learning resources in all formats and across all subject areas.
The role will be located at our head office in Noosa on the beautiful Sunshine Coast and will be an excellent opportunity for someone within the region or for someone considering a strategic "sea change" whilst working in a stimulating and challenging environment.
We are able to provide flexibility around starting times and work days to ensure a balanced lifestyle.

What you will need to succeed
In addition to experience within a Public Library or in a similar role, the ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience in and knowledge of cataloguing requirements for public libraries;
- Significant professional experience;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Self motivation;
- Ability to work within a team environment; and
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
