The Role:
This role takes responsibility for the management and effective delivery of both strategic and operational services that are aligned with the overall objectives of the business. Management of resources, oversight of budgets and reporting to ensure sound fiscal governance and recommendations for any remedial action are also an important part of this role. The successful candidate will possess good judgement and problem solving skills as well as diplomacy, discretion and the ability to influence and advise a wide range of stakeholders. This will suit a person with a broad operational management background coupled with the ability to think strategically. The role works across a wide range of services so the ability to learn quickly and to adapt to changing systems and processes is also important.
