Centre Director Pyrmont
This 42 place service works closely with the supportive families so the children have the most enriching educational experience in their early years- Looking for a confident, bubbly personality to oversee the running of the centre

Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the operation of the Centre, including administrative duties, rostering, childcare management system entry (QIKKIDS etc)
- Support and guide a team of Child Care Educator, acting as an energetic role model who embodies passion, enthusiasm and commitment
- A key part of the role will be building strong and trusting rapport with the parents, children and the local community
Essential Criteria:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification (Working towards welcome)
- Minimum of two year's experience as a Centre Director
- Able to work in a team effectively
- Exceptional knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and the NQS and frameworks
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with a professional customer service focus
- Energetic, confident, passionate and committed to work
