Perth College is one of the oldest independent girls' schools in Western Australia, and one of many schools founded worldwide by an Anglican order of Sisters whose vision for the potential of women challenged the accepted ideas of the time. With the appointment of the current Principal, Mrs Jenny Ethell, to Oxley College in NSW, the School Council seeks a new Principal for 2019 and beyond. For 16 years, Perth College has thrived under Mrs Ethell's smart, warm and visionary leadership. Now another stellar school leader with their own unique qualities and personality is being sought to ensure that the College will continue to flourish.

The right candidate will bring a keen interest in positive education, possess outstanding leadership skills, and have an enthusiasm for and commitment to the education of girls in the liberal Anglican tradition. Perth College is renowned as a grounded community, and the successful candidate will be ready to live the school's values to continue to create opportunities for the girls to become remarkable women.
