- SIT30816 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- SIT40516 Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
- SIT50416 Diploma of Hospitality Management
- SIT60316 Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management
The Role
- Deliver and Assess the above qualifications
- Contribute to development of teaching resources
- Support development of training & assessment strategies
- Ensure students satisfaction benchmarks are met or exceeded.
- Participate in and contribute to moderation and validation.
Essential Skills & Experience
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher
- Must have a Certificate or higher in the relevant qualification of delivery
- Ability to demonstrate vocational competence in the units delivered in the program
- Monitoring student academic progress, intervention and support of student's progress, ensure student attendance is adequate and intervene when necessary
- Contribute to the design, development and testing of new learning and assessment materials
- Experience with online learning systems
- Demonstrated industry and VET sector currency and professional development
- Understands different student needs and is passionate about supporting students
- Must be a team player and Inspirational
