The Roles of Assistant Coordinator and Educator

• Both roles report to the Coordinator
• Undertake a caring and collaborative approach to showcase our company values: Considerate, Passionate, Courageous.
• Encourage play based learning: incorporate children’s ideas and interests into planned experiences and routines.
• Work with the team to tailor each aspect of the service to engage, inspire and delight the children attending your service.

The Ideal Candidate

• Available to work at Before and After school care

• Desire to work with children and demonstrated capacity to enhance their OSHC experiences
• Experience working with and supporting teams to achieve results
• Childcare industry knowledge and experience preferably in an OSHC environment
• A work history demonstrating reliability, punctuality, enthusiasm, initiative and commitment
• Experience of supporting continuous improvement and change

• As a minimum, you must hold or be working towards:
  • Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent OR
  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent OR
  • Degree in Primary Education or Early Childhood Studies or equivalent.
• Apply for or hold a current Employee Working with Children's Check
• Current and valid First Aid Certificate including CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
