The Centre:
- Small service
- Outdoor areas include - Veggie patch, worm farm, sensory-based activities and learning opportunities with sandpits, tan bark areas, sensory gardens, mud kitchens, cubby houses and a bike track
- Play based learning environments rich in stimulating resources that provide opportunities for children to learn
- Art, Music & Sustainability programs to support the interest and talents of each child
- Storypark
- Program learning activities encompass science and exploration, health and nutrition, social skills, music and movement, construction and role playing
- School readiness program
- Child and Family Practitioner supporting the centre 3 days per week
The role:
- Hold a Bachelor of Education/Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
- You will create a supportive, yet firm relationships with educators, children, families at the service and the local community
- Experience delivering high quality and inclusive learning programs and implementation of the EYLF
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills
- Be able to direct and train staff in the areas of best practice
- Have a good understanding of EYLF and the National Quality Standards
- Knowledge of Attachment Theory and Circle of Security
- Hold your Early Childhood VIT and a current First Aid qualification
