About the role
The position requires an experienced VET compliance professional that is highly organised and meticulous with regulatory compliance in the domestic and CRICOS arena. The ideal candidate will be a self-driven individual with the ability to work autonomously while maintaining high proficiency in data and reporting. You will be a person who understands regulatory frameworks and the importance of compliance for quality purposes. Reporting directly to the CEO you will provide advice and be able to implement the necessary measures required.
Essential Criteria
Certificate IV in TAE40110
Current working knowledge of VTG contract requirements
Understanding of ASQA and 2015 RTO Standards
Experience in running internal audit and audit preparation
Detailed knowledge and experience in successful audit outcomes
Experience in establishing new RTO compliance systems and processing
Experience in developing or contextualising Policies and Procedures
Intimate knowledge of compliance audit and continuous improvement requirements
Experience with document management systems
Understanding of assessment mapping requirements and unpacking of training packages
Ability to oversee the validation and development of learning resources, learning strategies and a desire to look at ways to continually improve the course, its delivery and resources from a compliance perspective

EAA is under brand new management and ownership and is seeking the services of a skilled VET Compliance Manager to ensure that regulatory compliance is at a significant level. As a senior member of staff, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting the RTO to demonstrate compliance to the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 and the national training package system. This includes any type of VET compliance, re-registration or CRICOS audits and with our VTG service contract at a state level.
