We are searching for an exceptional Administrator with a passion for working within Education. The role as School Receptionist means you will be the all-important first point of contact for the school, so your welcoming nature will ensure staff, students, parents and the general public are greeted warmly and professionally.
 
This role will also heavily rely on your First Aid experience as you will be required to provide First Aid treatment to students and staff as well as ensuring the smooth running of the Sick Bay including keeping all records up to date as well as maintaining stock levels.
 
Responsibilities also include:

• Ensure office is presentable at all times
• Correspondence with students and their parents’ daily
• Maintain student absentee and late attendance records
• Set up meetings for parents and teachers
• Process administrative forms for students
• Help cover staff when absent
• Other general administrative duties as required

Essential requirements:

• Hold a current First Aid Certificate – Level 2 minimum
• Current Working with Children Check
