The Centre
anzuk Early Childhood are currently working with a medium sized service who are well resourced and based in a central location.  They offer a beautiful homely feel to their current families and have a real focus on sustainability. With regular professional development organised for the Educators they boast very low levels of staff turnover.  

The opportunity
Due to their current Kinder Teacher relocating they have an opportunity for an experienced Kinder Teacher to run a full time 3 to 5 year old programme for up to 15 children. Due to the nature of the service, you must be passionate about being part of something more than just the centre and enjoy engaging with the local community. Knowledge of Reggio Emilia and the ability to plan based on the interests of the children is essential. You will be offered above award rates of pay,  6 weeks annual leave as well as a full day of planning. The service will also offer sponsorship for the right candidate.  

The Candidate
To apply for this role, you will have had at least 2 years experience in a similar role and must have a Bachelor Degree in Early Years Education or ACECQA approved equivalent. In addition, you will have an in depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQS. You will The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and must have a team focused philosophy, as well as looking to be part of the local community and build lasting relationships with families. 
 
As the ideal candidate for this position, you will hold;

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood) or ACECQA approved equivalent
• VIT
• Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis
