We are currently seeking an experienced trainer to deliver our First Aid Training in the Newman region on a Permanent Part time basis. The successful candidate will work 22.5 hours per week across Monday to Friday. This role will require you to effectively deliver accredited first aid training to the general public.
Our First Aid Trainers are some of the highest paid in the industry, and are provided with on-going mentorship and development. This is an ideal opportunity for exceptional trainers with a passion for First Aid to join the market leader.
What you’ll do:
- The ability to deliver a high quality training program
- A passion for first aid and educating the community
- First aid knowledge and experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office experience across Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent work attitude and the ability to work independently
- Ability to work with corporate and private clientele
- Outstanding time management skills and the ability to stay abreast of current training requirements
What you’ll need:
- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110)
- Demonstrated experience in presentation and facilitation
- Previous experience in a first aid training environment is highly desirable
- First Aid certificate HLTAID003 and HLTAID006 or be willing to obtain if successful
- ‘Working with Children Check’ or be willing to obtain if successful
- Current ‘C’ or ‘CA’ class driver’s license
- Police Check
