JOB DESCRIPTION
Ella Bache̕ College of Skin and Beauty Therapy is seeking exceptional Educator/Trainer/Assessors to deliver our Diploma of Beauty Therapy because at Ella Bache̕ only the best will do.
Key responsibilities of the role includes:
- Deliver quality training to students studying in our On Campus and EdFlex (Online) programs
- Conducting practical assessments and uploading documentation to the student learning portal
- Mark theory assessments within required timeframes and provide feedback to students
- Monitor student progression to ensure unit and course completion targets are met.
- Provide an excellent educational experience to Ella Bache̕ students
- Ensure our graduating students meet the exacting standards of our Ella Bache̕ salons for employment
Other Accountabilities
- Create an engaging and interactive learning environment ensuring each student is treated with care, honesty and integrity
- Comply with Ella Baché College and Hallas Trading policies and procedures as outlined in the Hallas Handbook and Ella Bache College Student Handbook
- Other duties as required
REQUIRED EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- SHB50115 Diploma of Beauty Therapy
- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- Current First Aid in the Workplace
- Working with Children Check
- Computer Skills – MS Office suite, Student Management Systems, Learning Portal
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Current, relevant Beauty industry experience – Ella Bachė experience highly desirable
- Minimum 3-5 years training experience in Diploma of Beauty Therapy SIB50110 and SHB50115
- Sound knowledge of Beauty Training Package and Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTO’s) 2015
- Ability to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment providing the highest level of student experience.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
