We are currently looking for a 2IC to come join the team based out of our West Pennant Hills Service.
This is a newly created role which will see you support the expanding West Pennant Hills OSHC service as well as stepping up and leading our Epping vacation care during the school holidays.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone who wants to develop their leadership skills and also after a career within the Children Services space!

About the role
As the Out-of-School-Hours-Care (OSHC) 2IC, your primary responsibility will be to support the OSHC Coordinator whilst being part of ratio on the floor within the service's. You will ensure that the OSHC service is responsive to the needs of children and families. Play a role in ensuring overall quality and compliance of the management and administration of the OSHC service operations in line with YMCA NSW policies and procedures and the Education and care Services National Regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will have
- HLTAID004 First Aid
- Current CPR certificate
- Identify & Respond child protection certificate
- Experience in leading a team of Educators (Preferred)
- Min. Cert III in Children Services
