About the role
- $65, 506 plus 17% Superannuation and annual leave loading
- Continuing- Full time
- Full-time (35 hours per week)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arrange placements (via phone or email) for students undertaking work placements within their faculty based program according to criteria and circumstances
- Develop and maintain positive partnerships with host organisations
- Undertake a wide variety of general administration duties as directed by the WIL Manager
- Work with the WIL Manager to develop and continuously improve WIL program initiatives
- Ensure all accreditation documents are submitted on time and are compliant with government and University requirements
- Respond to in-person, telephone and written enquiries and initiate appropriate action as required
- Carry out the administrative requirements for accreditation programs, ensuring all documentation is well recorded and finalised in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain ‘how-to’ guidelines for the WIL team to ensure a consistent administrative approach is applied across the team
- Liaise with appropriate stakeholders and contribute to the development, delivery and evaluation of relevant WIL programs
- Support the WIL team, as directed by the WIL Manager
- Ensure hazards and risks are identified and controlled for tasks, projects and activities that pose a health and safety risk within your area of responsibility
