Artibus Innovation is a Skills Service Organisation (SSO) supporting the Construction and Property Services Industry.
This role of the Senior Project Officer is to support the work of the SSO in transitioning its training products to a new standards framework.
Duties
- Manage large, complex data sets
- Audit and monitor compliance of training product to VET standard frameworks
- Oversee and contribute to the gathering and recording of training product feedback
- Support the Artibus Innovation service team members to deliver excellent team results
- Provide project support to technical advisory groups
- Provide a range of management reports for various audiences
- Other duties as directed by the CEO
Responsibilities
The position reports to the General Manager. The Senior Project Officer will maintain a confidential relationship with the organisation in all matters relating to its business and must adhere to company policies and procedures.

- Proven ability to deliver quality assured outcomes
- Relevant qualifications, industry knowledge and experience
- Proven ability in managing complex data sets
- Proven ability in working with a range of stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level project management and reporting skills
- An understanding of the VET system and training package development framework is essential

External: Government departments and bodies, Industry Reference Committee members, industry stakeholders including associations, large organisations and relevant government departments
