Our Long Day Care Centres are located in Cardiff NSW, catering for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, enthusiastic and professional educators to join our teams. 

Ideally applicants will have:

• Have sound interpersonal and communication skill
• Hold ACECQA approved qualifications (including a relevant degree in Early childhood education or actively working towards this)
• Knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and Law 2011
• Understanding of a Centre's Quality Improvement Plan and National Quality Framework and Standards.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of the new EYLF Curriculum  
• Be innovative, creative and motivated to create a centre of choice for families within the local community
• Have excellent team work skills, competent in taking initiative  and participating in the functioning of the centre
• Hold a current "Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting"
• Demonstrate commitment to customer service and an ability to develop warm and respectful relationships with families and children
• Experience leading a room and the ability to delegate tasks to other team members.
