We are currently looking for trainers and assessors to teach the following courses:
1. Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
2. Human Resources - Advanced Diploma of Management (Human Resources)
To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to effectively communicate with adult learners of various levels of ability.
The duties and responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating learning at both group and individual levels
- Leading workshops
- Marking assessments
- Developing resources and assessments
- Participating in assessment validation
Requirements:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or it's successor)
- A minimum of two years VET teaching experience
- A minimum of three years of recent, relevant Leadership and Management or Human Resources industry experience
- Qualifications at least to the level being delivered and assessed for the above qualifications
- Good understanding of the VET industry and standards
Desirable Skills:
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Solid written and oral communication skills
- Strong work ethic and organisation skills
- A proactive attitude and initiative
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment with a proven track record of dealing with international student cohort
