Due to an increase in our business we are now seeking a Sessional Trainer/Assessor to deliver Certificate III in Business. This position is based in Adelaide and will deliver training across the Adelaide metropolitan area.
Duties of the successful applicant include:
- Assessing and addressing the varied learning needs of each student including language, literacy and numeracy.
- Conducting student inductions into the course/qualification.
- Ensuring all training delivered meets the requirements of the Training Package, industry requirements and VET Quality Framework.
- Providing advice, support and mentoring to students.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Relevant industry based qualifications and experience is essential.
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or its successor) or diploma or higher level qualification in adult education is essential.
- Possession of a current valid Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive is required.
To be a successful applicant, you will be required to meet the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) standards for assessors (TAE40110).
