The Company

The role:
- Coordinate activities to ensure they are educational and fun
- Form strong, trusting relationships with children, educators, stakeholders and families
- Provide general day-to-day care for children
- Inspire and develop other educators through training programs
- Manage all rostering and administrative tasks
- Manage budget for the centre.
The right candidate:
- Previous experience working in children’s services
- Cert III / Diploma Early Childhood Education & Care (desirable)
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Qualified in First Aid/ CPR/ Anaphylaxis/ Asthma
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Able to work split shifts 7am to 10 am to 2 pm to 6 pm
