This large OSHC service works closely with the supportive families so the children have the most enriching educational experience in their early years- Looking for a confident, bubbly personality to support the running of the centre

Key Responsibilities
- To provide a quality Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service for up to 80 children each morning, 70 children each afternoon and 80 children each day during vacation care.
- To support the Coordinator with the day to day operations of the service.
- To demonstrate professional behaviour towards children and their families, educators, management and other stakeholders.
- Adhere to the State’s legislative requirements, National Quality Framework (NQF) - National Law and Regulations, National Quality Standard (NQS), My Time Our Place Principals (MTOP) & KCS Policies & Procedures.
- To provide children with a range of educational and fun activities with learning and development outcomes in a safe and enjoyable environment.
- To lead and guide the educational programme
Essential Criteria:
- Diploma or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification (Working towards welcome)
- Minimum of one year's experience in a similar role
- Able to work in a team effectively
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and the NQS and frameworks
- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with a professional customer service focus
- Energetic, confident, passionate and committed to work
