The Deputy Principal will have an integral role in the Executive Leadership of the College. Working closely with the Principal and Leadership Team, the Deputy Principal will strive to ensure our students and staff experience an outstanding learning and teaching environment which authentically embraces education at Harvest.
The Deputy Principal will be responsible for leading the ongoing growth of our culture of high performance and innovative practice.
The successful applicant will have a strong vision for curriculum and pedagogy for the 21st century college. With a reflective approach the Deputy Principal will be energetic, approachable, creative and flexible.
