ZOI Education is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), specialising in the delivery of Nationally recognised Early Childhood Education and Care qualifications, for domestic and international students:
- CHC30113 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Customised Early Childhood Education and Care short courses
As in industry leader focused on delivering high quality and consistent educational services to the industry, located in a beautiful setting at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Parkville, we are seeking to attract the best quality trainers to expand our growing team.
Currently, we are seeking a suitable candidate with a commitment and passion for the Children's Services industry, and a desire of becoming one of ZOI’s high performing trainers. The role encompasses the delivery of education centre-based training, some on-site training and (on-site/off-site) assessment within our Early Learning Centre partner channel.

Ideal Candidates
Minimum 5+ years experience working within the Child Care industry as an educator
Minimum 5+ years experience teaching formal qualifications including Certificate III and Diploma programs in Early Childhood Education and Care
Able to work 3-4 days per week part time or full time
A team player who is also capable of working on their own as required
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and assess training in English for overseas and domestic students in Melbourne
Conduct on-site and off-site workplace assessment as required by the business
Co-develop custom training courses, short courses and programs
Conduct and execute all regulatory and administrative requirements related to the delivery of the above qualifications in a timely manner
Provide excellent student support and mentoring as required
Essential Criteria
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40110 with all required electives to meet ASQA standards or TAE40116, or has met ASQA requirements
VET qualifications at least to the Diploma of Early childhood - Degree qualifications preferred
Thorough understanding of the training packages related to the above qualifications
Fluent in English (another language is non-essential but an advantage)
Experience in working within Childcare centres
Professional approach with a focus on excellence and teamwork
Prior experience in delivering the above qualifications at other RTOs
Ability to prepare and structure curriculum for delivery and assessment in class and in Childcare centres when required
Student centric focus is a must, ensuring the interests of the students are met and exceeded
Strong organisational and communication skills
Self-driven, results oriented individual with ability to self-evaluate their own performance
Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and perform well under pressure
Enthusiastic, outgoing, collaborative and positive
A person that embraces innovation and seeks to inspire others
Current (WWC) employer Working With Children’s Check
Driver’s license
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
Sound understanding of CRICOS and RTO standards
