About us
Cubic Consulting, part of the FTS Group, are established leaders in change management and training.
The role
This is a permanent opportunity to join a progressive consulting company. You will work with stakeholders and senior Training and Change Manager's to develop cutting edge eLearning and training for our high-profile Government and corporate clients.
- Develop eLearning training – this includes developing scope, storyboards and eLearning development
- Creation of learning videos
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years demonstrated experience in eLearning and training roles, ideally within large-scale projects
- Experience developing creative and dynamic eLearning content
- Strong stakeholder engagement and consulting skills
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Experience supporting training or eLearning development for an ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- Flexibility to work across Sydney regional and metro areas, and potentially interstate
Experience with the following tools:
- Articulate for eLearning development
- Camtasia for video creation
- GoAnimate to create graphics, scenes, people, videos
- Adobe creative suite for voiceovers
Personally, you are a strong team player, flexible and able to effectively manage conflicting demands. You stay calm and focused in the face of challenging situations. You have excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to plan and organise your own work to deliver on time.
