VET Colleges in Sydney CBD are looking for a trainer to conduct the below classes
· Advance Diploma if IT and Diploma or IT
· Term Starting July 2018
· Monday & Tuesday Shifts, Friday & Saturday shift
Essential Criteria:
Certificate IV Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or TAE40116);
Current vocational competencies at least to the levels being delivered;
VET Qualification in the relevant field with industry experiences for Information Technology applicant;
Experience in creating assessments;
Knowledge of the NVR requirements for VET RTO's;
Minimum of 1 years current and relevant industry experience - in the specific vocational areas of teaching.
Be familiar and able to comply with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015, the ESOS Legislative Framework including the National Code 2017.
Inter-cultural awareness and a flexible attitude
Possess excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
Ability to contribute to the operations and have an "I can make a difference attitude"
Possess strong administration and computer skills and a sound understanding of Microsoft Office.
Experience with online learning platforms as we as engaging face-to-face delivery methods
Must be eligible to work in Australia
As part of your professional practice college will provide ongoing professional development for all staff in the area of training and assessing. Please note it is a requirement of your employment that you maintain your professional development in all areas as required by ASQA on a yearly basis including maintaining industry currency and vocational competencies to the level of delivery and assessment.
Please note that all trainers prior to commencement with college will be required to complete a National Police Check and provide evidence toward the requirement of College Trainer Matrix to meet College's policies and ASQA's regulations.
