Due to our ongoing growth and student demand The Malka Group - TMG College Australia #21694 one of Australia’s long established, highly respected, quality registered training organisation is looking for additional VET Training Professionals who lead by example and deliver workplace relevant training.  

TMG is looking for quality Training Consultants with recent and relevant industry experience to train in the following qualifications.

CHC33015  Certificate III Individual Support

CHC43115 Certificate IV Disability

CHC43315 Certificate IV in Mental Health

CHC43015 Certificate IV Ageing Support

To join the TMG College Australia team as Training Consultant you will:

• Have at least three years’ experience as a Training Consultant  at a private RTO or TAFE
• Provide advanced facilitation and assessment support, guided by the standards detailed in the VET quality framework.
• Support the identification and development of resources for training and assessment
• Contribute to the review and continuous improvement of training and assessment strategies through validation / moderation meetings and gathering feedback from clients.
• Create networking and partnership opportunities across your industry area
• Have a sound knowledge of the VET Quality Framework and how it is applied to training delivery and assessment
• Experience in the delivery of training and assessment in a classroom, traineeships and blended mode supported by Moodle activities
• Client specific Traineeship training delivery
• Have access to a network of  employers to support work placement opportunities for our students
• Demonstrate an understanding of adult learning needs and learning styles
• Compliance with reporting requirements and maintaining of student records in accordance with TMG's policies and procedures
• Maintain currency with industry requirements and legislation
• Attend industry association networking meetings and events

Qualification Requirements

• Certificate IV in TAE40110 or higher qualification in Adult Education
• Qualification equivalent to or higher than the Aged Care, Disability or Mental Health qualification to be delivered
• Trainer Matrix against the qualifications you are able to facilitate
• Current Working with Children Check card and National Police Check
• Current drivers' licence
• Industry currency and proof of professional development in your industry and in the VET Sector
