For more information visit Northern NSW Local Health District What you'll be doing The primary purpose of the EMET Hub Program Support Officer position is to assist candidates and their supervisors enrolled in ACEM’s Emergency Certificate and Diploma Program and IMGs participating in ACEM’s educational activities. The PSO will support educational activities that are indicated in the Funding Agreement/Schedule and/or those endorsed by ACEM. Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in adult education and / or health sector. Demonstrated experience in running multiple modalities of simulation and skills based training using low and high fidelity manikins, medical trainers and relevant software. Demonstrated experience in coordinating and monitoring training data via building and maintaining databases including the ability to build accurate reports for relevant bodies as required. Demonstrated experience in accrediting education courses with relevant bodies and quality assurance through assessment and evaluation. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of website building and maintenance programs and proficiency in the use of MSWord, excel, email, the use of databases and the development of online resources Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage deadlines in a high pressure work environment. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both orally in writing with a range of stakeholders including senior clinicians and maintain confidentiality.
