Into Training Australia (ITA) is a privately-owned RTO that provides quality training and workforce services nationally. We partner with some of Australia's largest transport, construction, waste management and government bodies.
We have recently been recognised as one of South Australia's leading training providers and as such are experiencing an increased demand for our training offerings throughout Australia. In addition to our current products and services, we are committed to undertaking several new training and development projects within the Transport sector.
ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced, qualified Learning and Development Specialist to join the ITA team. This person must have hands on experience and the proven ability to lead and manage projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
We are seeking a qualified professional who has the demonstrated ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, understand and define their needs and ensure ITA’s training, assessment and operational activities comply with the National VET Standards for Registered Training Organisations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Essential:
- Diploma of Vocational Education & Training or a Diploma of Training Design & Development
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in coordinating and managing VET training programs or working in a similar role
Desirable:
- Project Management and Change Management experience
- Experience with eLearning or other flexible learning tools
