• 35.5 hour week
• Work 9-5pm Tuesday to Friday and 5.5 hours on a Monday
• 2 experienced educators in the room plus an educational leader for support

About the Centre

Located in the beautiful area of Woori Yallock, the centre is filled with natural light and has been recently renovated giving it a welcoming feel for the educators and families. The centre caters for 75 children per day and the preschool room has 30 children maximum per day. The centre is close to the local Primary School opening opportunities for community involvement and ensuring life long learning post Early Education.

About the Role

• Early Childhood Teacher in the Preschool Room
• Working Monday to Friday, reserving Monday for a planning day only
• Working hours from Tuesday to Friday is 9-5pm
• Working with 2 other Diploma qualified educators in the room
• Support provided by the Educational Leader that floats across the centre
• Maximum amount of children per day is 30 and minimum of 19 per day

Essential Criteria

• Completed Bachelor in Early Education or an ACECQA equivalent
• Victorian Teacher's Registration (VIT)
• In depth understanding of the EYLF and the ability to link the outcomes with the children's learning
• Ability to create in depth learning experiences that supports the children's transition to School
• Exceptional written, verbal and information technology communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with families and peers
• Understand requirements to ensure the well-being, safety and care of the children
