We are looking for responsible 2IC Out of School Hours Care Educators for a variety of roles across the Illawarra.
These roles are also known as Fun Club Educators within Big Fat Smile!
We are proud to be one of Australia's largest children's service providers. We play an important role in the lives of thousands of children and families through a network of 27 Community Preschools, 14 Fun Clubs and a portfolio of community and inclusion programs across Australia.

Selection Criteria for 2IC Out of School Hours Care educator will need:
- Certificate IV (OSHC), Certificate III is desirable along with a minimum of three years’ of relatable experience
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with children, families and staff
- Ability to work harmoniously within a team environment
- Capacity to contribute actively to the efficient and effective operation/development of a high quality outside school hours care service
- Commitment to inclusive practices and child protection
- Understanding of workplace health and safety and the National Quality Framework
- Required to have and maintain a current Working with Children check issued by the Children’s guardian
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Identify and Respond to Children at Risk certificate (desirable)
