We are looking for an expert (or developing experts!) teacher who have an aptitude for teaching International students.
The Position
The position is located within the vibrant and successful ELICOS unit at our Docklands campus.
The primary task of ELICOS centre is to provide energetic, communicative, intensive and technology rich lessons and assessment within delivery. The purpose of the delivery is to enable international students in improving their English Language Proficiency or to achieve an appropriate level for entry into their chosen pathway.

Key Selection Criteria
Qualifications, skills and experience required for this role include:
Undergraduate degree plus Post Graduate TESOL qualification ( CELTA, DELTA or Masters in TESOL )
TAE40110 / TAE40116: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or above
A valid Working with Children Check (WWC) Assessment Notice and/or WWC card
Police Check
Demonstrated experience in teaching and assessing International students.
An understanding of the cohorts, their needs and appropriate responses
Strong administrative skills and an understanding of the ESOS act.
An interest in and capacity for programme innovation and leadership
A desire to establish or advance a career in ELICOS
