Automotive Trainer
Education Access Australia (EAA) is a wholly owned quality private International education provider of VET education services of International students. We provide course offerings across Automotive, hospitality, Business & Management.. The ownership has as its overall core values Growth, Integrity, Learning and Employability and dedicates its focus to the provision of quality training, community support and student success.
Due to the expansion of our Automotive faculty, we require an experienced Automotive Trainer. Our students are predominately Adult learners from various cultural backgrounds.
- Deliver high level quality training to students
- Prepare for and deliver training and assessment services in accordance with RTO policies and procedures
- Adjust/Develop flexible teaching and learning strategies to assist students with barriers to learning e.g. low literacy levels or disabilities
- Understand the workplace systems and procedures, production cycles, and key contact people to ensure training is customised or contextualised to the workplace
- Provide guidance to supervisors regarding support of students to gain competencies
- Maintain all assessment and training paperwork to RTO requirements ensuring paperwork is delivered to Administration to meet core milestones
- Manage student, employer or other client enquiries or complaints in a timely and effective manner ensuring a high level of customer service
- Maintain currency of knowledge in relevant Training Packages and vocational industry
- Be able to work and contribute to part of a team and autonomously as required
- Develop strong relationships with students, staff, schools and other stakeholders.
Our successful Applicant must have:
- Current industry experience, including at least 3 years industry experience in mechanical repairs
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Automotive Qualification
