The Role
The primary purpose of our role will be to administer the online Supervisor Professional Development Program (SPDP), including enrolment, moderation and coordination of facilitators. You will also drive the continued improvement of SPDP and social learning initiatives.
Your main duties will include;
- Facilitate online modules
- implement interactive strategies to drive engagement
- Review and assess each social course
- Assist in developing a social learning guide
- Keep up to date with development, research and trends on social learning to improve overall effectiveness
- Assist in completing basic technical talks to support online programs
The Successful Candidate
You will have;
- Education to degree level or equivalent; preferably in an education, digital media, or media and communications discipline
- Demonstrated experience facilitating online communities, online courses
- Demonstrated thorough and contemporary understanding of digital learning and digital technologies
- Demonstrated experience in using existing data to continually improve the design and implementation of online social courses
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including highly effective stakeholder management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Commitment to a user experienced focus approach to all online development
