Dynamic and intelligent candidate needed to manage a unique program. The ideal candidate will be managing a special legal program where students and lawyers can partake in order to advance their career.

You will be responsible for communicating directly with stakeholders and will build strong relationships with advisory committees as well as managing student and lawyers expectations.

This role is at the administrative centre of the organisation, formed of legal professionals, lawyers, judges and other members of the legal community. The company’s focus is facilitating communication amongst lawyers and legal associations throughout the region.

The Main Duties:

  • Coordinating assessment, mentoring and internship processes
  • Committee administration and preparation of board documentation
  • Develop and execute annual marketing and communications plans including content for the website
  • Review and evaluate programs to provide enhancements for future members
  • Supervision of program staff
  • Development process improvements
  • Oversee program projects

Skills:

  • Excellent ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of process and compliance desirable
  • Experience in customer service and a proven ability to solve problems quickly
  • Experience and / or understand of higher education
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Project management training / experience
  • Experience liaising and reporting to board level
