Mid Valley Kinder and Childcare is currently seeking enthusiastic and passionate educators, for casual and permanent part-time positions.

The roles:
- Educate and care for children using best practice
- To follow housekeeping practices, which ensure equipment is maintained and the service is kept clean and hygienic.
- Provide a welcoming environment for families and children
- Provide an environment that is safe and meets a diverse range of children’s needs
- Always act within the guidelines set out in the Code of Ethics (Early Childhood Australia Inc.)
Contribute to the successful implementation of the Quality Improvement Plan and Assessment and Rating System.
Qualifications:
· Diploma in Children's Services or Certificate iii in Children's Services
· Current First Aid certificate HLTAID004
· CPR including Anaphylaxis and Asthma
· Working with Children Check
· National police check
We invite applicants who meet the following criteria and have:
- Passion for working with young children
- An understanding of the National Quality Standards and National Framework.
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework.
- An ability to work in partnership with families.
- A professional level of written and verbal communication skills
- An understanding of Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children.
- An understanding of WHS and safety issues relating to children and staff.
