Your new role
As the Centre Director you will work collaboratively with the experienced Area Manager to establish a strong reputation within the local community for quality education and care. Your responsibilities will be focused on developing a strong culture for support and team work. You will take responsibility for the day to day operation of the centre, rostering the staff and help developing the educational program. This will be a non-teaching position to allow for you to focus on developing the educators and program across the service.
Due to the growth of this organisation, this opportunity also offers future internal career progression for ambitious early years professionals that are looking to move into more senior roles in the future.
What you'll need to succeed
- ACECQA assessed ECT degree or Diploma in Children’s Services
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS regulations
- Previous experience as a Centre Director
- Excellent interpersonal and team work skills
