Odyssey Training and Leadership Directions work with some of Australia's leading corporate and government organisations to deliver high quality leadership, professional development and IT training to their managers, teams and front-line staff.

Recently acquired by SGS Australia, an exciting full-time opportunity exists in our growing business for an experienced Training Coordinator to work with our L&D team and support teams nationally.

This role will suit someone wanting to build a successful career in learning and development who possesses excellent communication, people and organisational skills.

What we will need from you?

  • A positive outlook, willingness to get involved and contribute.
  • Experience scheduling training resources, including trainers, materials and facilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer first approach.  
  • The ability to act as a conduit between sales staff, customers and trainers to ensure all information relating to the training day is provided and communicated.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
