C3 Education Group is an elite, results driven tutoring college for K-12 students. We are looking to expand our perpetually growing team of academic experts who will help our students achieve exceptional results. As office administration and support, you are a key part of the team, ensuring the smooth running of the office.
This is a full time graduate position for a suitable candidate seeking a career in the after-school hours education industry with the potential to becoming a Centre Manager at one of our new locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general secretarial administrative support to operational staff members
- Answer any student and teacher enquiries via phone, email, in person
- Assist with coursework programs
- Manage the flow of correspondence, prioritise and monitor important issues and general correspondence
- Meticulous in implementing workflow
- Maintain room facilities
- Customer invoice processing
- Required to work for a 8 hour shift on rotating roster between the hours of 10am - 8pm Mon - Fri and occasionally on Saturdays.
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience within an education environment is preferred
- Must have previous customer service experience to be able to handle all situations with professionalism
- Work closely with management as support
- High level of computer literacy, with particular emphasis on MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
- Well spoken, with strong written and oral communication skills
- Self motivated
- The ability to work independently and part of an active team environment
- Be able to teach across select subject matter and year grades
- Willingness to adapt to varying operational hours
- Show high attention to detail
- Must be honest, trustworthy and have a genuine interest in upholding a positive learning environment for students.
- Hold current Working With Children Check
- Available to start immediately.
- Must have permanent residence/Australian Citizen to apply
