As an employee of our vocational education provider, you will be part of a dynamic team, dedicated to providing quality face to face education in a warm, diverse environment across our campuses.

As a trainer, you will contribute to developing and delivering quality learning to our diverse student base.

You will achieve this through the following key responsibilities:

• Delivering  engaging, blended and interactive lessons

• Develop effective working relationships with students and staff by participating in team meetings, industry consultation groups, student events and forums.

These positions are casual with a negotiable rate that sits within the following qualifications:

• BSB51915 – Diploma of Leadership and Management

• BSB50215 – Diploma of Business 

• SIT30816 – Certificate III in Commercial Cookery

• SIT40516 – Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery

• HLT43015 – Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance 

• CHC43015 – Certificate IV in Ageing Support 

• ICT50115 – Diploma of Information Technology 

• HLT55118 – Diploma of Dental Technology

The ideal applicant will be someone who can prove the following:

1. Strong knowledge of the subject area combined with a broad subject background enabling contribution to teaching programs

2. Strong communication skills

3. Strong presentation skills and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to organise time, work to strict deadlines and handle tasks promptly and efficiently

5. Proactive approach to work

6. Proven experience in building and sustaining productive internal and external stakeholder relationships, and working collaboratively to foster a positive and cohesive work environment

Whilst the position is based in Parramatta there is opportunity for our Melbourne campus.

Essential Requirements:

• Possession of relevant vocational qualification/s at the level equivalent to or higher than the level to be delivered

• Hold a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110)(including units TAELLN411 and TAEASS502).

• Demonstrated current industry skills directly relevant to the training/assessment being undertaken..
