The Position

We are seeking a Regional Training Coordinator for our busy NSW team. You will be based in our Ingleburn office, but travel will also form a key part of the role. This diverse role will encompass management of the local training team (currently four trainers), marketing ACCCO and growing business for the area, nurturing ongoing relationships with our partnered centres, training new and existing employees and any backfill training and assessing of current students. A knowledge of funding agreements within an RTO setting will be highly regarded.

 

Experience & Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Trainer who has the tenacity to step in, train our students and lead our staff.  To be considered you must have the following:

  • Training experience preferably within Early Childhood Education
  • Extensive and Current early education industry experience (senior experience ideally as a Director)
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
  • Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) 
  • Blue Card or National Police Check
  • Open Drivers Licence & own Vehicle
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership experience
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Experience working towards KPIs, finance and budgets
     

You will be stepping into busy team environment that is needing support, direction and management.  This is a highly autonomous role, as you will report through to Head Office.  It is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives on training and developing with others.

We can offer flexibility with start and finish times and we are family friendly.  Award rates are determined by your experience and qualifications.  You will be paid above award, with allowances for travel in this busy role.
