We are currently seeking an energetic, team-oriented Accounting Trainer to join our organization.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities
The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting classes on our Sydney Campus and through distance learning to students located in different countries through virtual medium (i.e. Video conferencing).
The trainer / teacher will also be responsible for curriculum / course material development and delivery, assessment of student work and reporting results. Additional tasks include but are not limited to:
- Preparation of lessons and learning resources.
- Assessing students work on a regular basis including digital literacy and independent study.
- Formal reporting of student results at the end of each session.
- Analysing LLN requirements of students.
- Participating in extracurricular activities.
- Feedback to and from students.
- Flexibility with the class timings.
Essential Skills and Experience
In order to satisfy the job requirements, applicants MUST hold the following qualifications:
- Bachelor in Accounting or higher
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment TAE40110 or equivalent
Desirable Skills
· Current relevant industry experience working within CRICOS education provider
· 2 years' experience in a similar role in a RTO environment
· 3 years' experience in a general accounting environment
· CA / CPA qualification will be highly regarded
· The trainer should be eligible to train the Graduate Diploma program
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficient in English
· Good IT skills and digital literacy experience.
