Cadetship Program

Our Cadetship program supports young people to complete university and gain the skills for an employable future. It is a three to five year program, dependent on degree length, and one of the most intensive support programs available to disadvantaged undergraduates within the sector. The program matches participants with corporate sponsors who provide work placements. Doxa supports them with living and book allowances  and provides training for personal and professional development and employability skills. The program increases a young person’s opportunity to maximise their career potential.  The Cadetship Program is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year.

Cadetship Program Coordinator

The primary purpose of the Cadetship Program Coordinator role is to support the Cadetship Manager in the delivery of Doxa’s Cadetship program. The ideal candidate will be available to start 3 September 2018. The successful applicant will require a current Working with Children Check and undertake a national/international police history check. Doxa is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
