My Stepping Stones (MSS) is excited to announce that we are looking for dedicated, and innovative Early Childhood Educators to join our brand new state of the art Childcare Centre in Coogee. We are looking for a whole brand new team - Cert III, ECT and Diploma trained staff to be part of this exciting opportunity!
The successful applicants will be very well supported by an experienced full time director and a management team who are committed to creating a positive work place, and an open and honest environment. MSS recognises that our people are the most important part of running a quality centre!
The centre has also been designed to create a warm and homely feel and environment that both children and staff will enjoy.
The successful applicants need to have a good understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) which includes government regulations, the National Quality Standard (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, and the right applicants will have the ability to build strong relationships with the families at the Centre, the children which we care for, and with their co-workers.
