Lake Macquarie’s Business Growth Centre is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified Trainers and Assessors to be placed on our preferred supplier list to deliver training and/or assessment services across NSW.
ABOUT US
The Business Growth Centre is a not for profit Business Enterprise Centre, Business Incubator and Registered Training Organisation (RTO). We are currently experiencing growth in our RTO arm, and are seeking contracted professionals to help deliver high-quality qualifications, and/or workplace training.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a contracted Trainer and Assessor, you will contribute to and be responsible for planning and delivery of training and assessments across relevant qualifications. You may also be contracted to design and deliver training products for our clients.
You will be provided with support and tools necessary to achieve contemporary and engaging learning experiences for students.
An attractive hourly rate, in line with experience will be offered.
ABOUT YOU
You will have:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110),
- A minimum Certificate IV qualification across any or all of the following areas:
- Small Business Management,
- Frontline Management,
- Business Sales,
- Human Resources, OR
- Marketing.
- Current and recent industry experience
- Appropriate contractor insurances including Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Workcover
You must also have a valid Working With Children Check, drivers licence and will be required to provide certified copies of qualifications.
You will be able to delivery contemporary and engaging learning. You are flexible and approachable. You are able to motivate and help bring out the best in students. You will also have the ability to build and maintain relationships with our various stakeholders.
