The Opportunity- Trainer
Our client is a market leader within their sector and believe their poeple are the centre to their success within the industry They now have an exciting permanent opportunity for a Trainer to join their team. Reporting to the Training Manager, this position will be responsible for develoing, implementing and evaluating training and its related frameworks. This role will cater to assisting employees across various levels of the business.
Main Accountabilities for the role include:
- Maintain knowledge of best practise regarding systems management, industry trends and current legislation
- Coordinate systems, processes and standard operating procedures for training and assessment activities
- Develop and maintain training reporting systems and processes in accordance with company requirements
- Prepare individual training plans for new and existing staff
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure all training and assessment activities are conducted within company requirements
- Ensure that all persons engaged in training have relevant training material
- Provide support and resources to departments for them to meet their training requirements
- Oversee and assist in the management of Training Needs Analysis
About You
This role is suited to an individual whom possesses a drive to exceed expectations and to constantly push for results. The ideal candidate will have a good work ethic with motivation to work in challenging environments in addition to these attributes, you will have:
- Certificate IV Workplace Training and Assessment
- Certificate IV Frontline Management (desired)
- Certificate in Risk Management
- Experience working in blue collar environments
- Proven experience in coaching and mentoring
- Demonstrated ability in developing engaging training packages
- Demonstrated competence with electronic training management processes and record keeping systems
- Excellent understanding of Nationally Recognised Training and AQTF Standards
- Experience in the development of Nationally Recognised Training Packages
