The Organisation

This highly regarded not for profit organisation seeks an area manager on a part time basis. The Role

Working closely with your Centre Directors, your role will be to support and guide each Centre and preschool in your management. You will be responsible for a small number of services and will be supporting with the bugdeting, grants CCS, marketing, occupancy and quality. You will be required to use your knowledge of compliance to ensure the services are up to date with current legislation. In addition, you will be required to ensure educational programs are of a high quality. You will build excellent relationships with your Centre Directors and support and train them on all aspects of management. You will have an excellent understanding of budgeting and finances to best benefit a service. 

The Opportunity

This is a part time role working with services based several hours in rural Sydney. Head office is based in Sydney's Inner West so work can be done from there limiting the travel to only several times a month. Additionally, you could be based in that area working from the services. There is also the opportunity to take on more hours working in the office in other aspects of the company. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced early childhood Director looking to take the step in their career. The suitable candidate will have outstanding leadership skills and have a proven track record in area management.

Suitable applicants must have:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education preferred but Diploma considered
• Level 2 First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
• WWCC
• Right to work in Australia
• Experience as a Centre Manager OR Area Manager (at least 5 years)
